Subscription & Refund Policy
Punch — AI Companion Application
MODEL 5 podjetje za organizacijo, izvedbo, posredovanje d.o.o., Poljanski nasip 12, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia — reg. no. 2264994000, VAT SI 72347422. This policy applies to subscriptions to Punch and supplements the Terms of Service.
1. Subscriptions and auto-renewal
Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. We (or the app store) will remind you and charge your payment method at each renewal, as required by applicable auto-renewal laws.
2. How to cancel
Cancel any time before the next renewal: in-app under subscription settings, or, for app-store purchases, through Apple/Google subscription management. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.
3. Refunds
Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds for partial periods. App-store purchases follow the store's refund process (Apple/Google), which we do not control.
4. EU/EEA right of withdrawal
If you are an EU/EEA consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. For digital content/services, if you request that we begin performance during the withdrawal period and acknowledge that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal once performance has begun, the right may not apply. We present this acknowledgement at purchase. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
5. U.S. auto-renewal disclosures
For U.S. subscribers we provide the disclosures and cancellation mechanisms required by state automatic-renewal laws (e.g. California ARL), including clear renewal terms and an easy online cancellation path.
6. Price changes
We may change prices prospectively with advance notice; changes apply from your next renewal, which you may decline by cancelling.
