Coming soon to iPhone

The friend in your pocket who actually remembers you.

Punch talks like someone who was there last week. Reminders, goals and check-ins are built in, so the things that matter to you stop quietly slipping.

Punch's home screen: a good-morning greeting for Jack, a card offering to talk, what's coming up, and today's focus: the gym, salary talking points and a call to Mum
The conversation

Less chatbot. More person who knows you.

No prompts to learn, no commands to memorise. You say the thing, Punch answers like a friend who remembers the context — and quietly does the admin while you talk.

rough morning. slept like four hours and I've got the team review at 2

four hours is brutal. is this the review you were dreading last week?

yeah. I keep rewriting the opening

you do that when you actually care about a thing. leave the opening rough for now and run the middle out loud once — that's the part you know cold.

ok that's fair. remind me to run through it at 1

Reminder created · 1:00 PM today

done, 1:00 PM today. and go easy on yourself after — three weeks into a new job on four hours of sleep isn't a character flaw.

Message Punch…
Just say it

"Remind me to text Sam back." Done.

Say it mid-sentence and it's already made. Reminders, calendar events, goals — Punch does the thing first and confirms it after, the way a friend would.

  • Reminders and calendar events straight out of chat
  • Voice notes, transcribed on your device
  • A morning briefing that plans the day with you
  • Dump a messy note and it sorts itself out

Keep the streak

It keeps score with you, not on you.

Daily goals with streaks, and a nudge before you break one. Progress feels like a group effort, because someone is actually paying attention.

  • Goals you set by just mentioning them
  • Streaks that make showing up feel good
  • Follow-ups on the things you said you'd do

Your data, your rules

It remembers. You stay in control.

Everything Punch knows about you sits in one list you can open and read any time. Calendar, Health and Location are opt-in — and it's still a great friend with all three switched off.

  • Read Punch's whole memory any time
  • Every permission is opt-in and revocable
  • Quiet hours, so it never texts at 3am
Sam is his oldest friend
Known each other since school; they text most weeks and he feels bad when he leaves messages unread.
Mornings are his good hours
Best thinking before 11am, and he'd rather not be nudged late at night.
New job started in March
Three weeks in and still finding his feet; big meetings make him anxious the night before.

Your friend shouldn't be a data broker.

Every permission is optional and only asked for when you switch it on. Voice notes never leave your phone as audio. What Punch remembers is yours to keep — or to wipe.

  • Opt-in permissions, revocable any time
  • On-device voice transcription

When is Punch launching?

Soon. Punch is in the final stretch before its App Store debut. The launch list hears first: early invites go out in waves, and everyone on the list gets the download link the moment it goes live.

Is Punch free?

Punch is a paid app, and it starts with a free trial — the whole thing, nothing held back. You'll see the price on the App Store before anything is charged, and you can cancel during the trial from your iPhone's Settings.

What do I get for joining the list?

First dibs. You'll get the launch email the day Punch goes live, and a shot at early access before that. That's it — we won't flood your inbox.

Is my data private?

Yes. Every device permission — notifications, Health, Location, Calendar — is opt-in and can be turned off any time. Voice notes are transcribed on-device, everything Punch remembers is visible and deletable, and your data is never sold.

Is Punch a replacement for therapy or real friends?

No. Punch is a companion, not a substitute for professional mental health care or real relationships. If you're going through something serious, please reach out to a licensed professional or someone you trust.

Which devices does Punch support?

Punch is built for iPhone, running a recent version of iOS. Android support isn't available yet.
