Acceptable Use Policy
Punch — AI Companion Application (18+)

We want Punch to be safe. This Acceptable Use Policy lists prohibited conduct. Violations may result in content removal, suspension, termination, and, where required, reporting to authorities.
1. Zero-tolerance prohibitions
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any sexualisation of minors — in any form, real or fictional. We hash-scan, block, terminate, preserve evidence, and report to competent authorities (e.g. NCMEC) as required.
- Content facilitating terrorism, mass violence, or the creation of weapons.
- Non-consensual intimate content, or sexualising real identifiable people without consent.
2. Other prohibited uses
- Harassment, threats, hate speech, or incitement to violence.
- Instructions for serious illegal activity, self-harm, or harm to others.
- Fraud, impersonation, or deceptive practices.
- Infringing intellectual-property or privacy rights; sharing others' personal/sensitive data unlawfully.
- Circumventing safety filters, age-gating, or rate limits; jailbreaking; automated scraping.
- Reverse-engineering the Service or using outputs to train a competing model.
- Uploading malware or attacking the Service's security or availability.
3. Safety features
You must not disable, evade, or manipulate the App's safety and crisis-response mechanisms, or induce the companion to produce prohibited content. See the Safety & Crisis-Response Protocol.
4. Reporting and enforcement
Report violations to info@model-group.si. We investigate and act proportionately, including immediate termination for zero-tolerance violations, and cooperate with law enforcement where legally required. We may preserve relevant data for investigation and legal compliance.
5. Changes
We may update this Policy; material changes are notified in-app or by email.
